What's New
Fixed: self-update never installed anything
The early-exit condition in the self-update command was inverted: when an update was available, the CLI printed the message and exited — the download and install step was unreachable. Only the "not updated" paths exit now:
- already up to date → green message, exit;
- check failure (network/API error) → red message, exit;
- update available → confirmation prompt (or
--yes), then download and install.
Applies to every release since the condition was introduced — affected installs must update once manually (e.g. via install.sh), after which self-update works as intended.
