Summary

• add a current read-only self-dogfooding record for the Intentloom TypeScript repository at main d3da25d
• capture inspect, init --dry-run, adopt --plan, doctor, and sync --dry-run outcomes without changing project files
• update the v1.0 release-gate packet, readiness audit, project state, and Duty Watch
• keep the record as Pass with follow-up; external minimal, TypeScript, and sanitized existing-project evidence remains pending
