Installation

  1. Download Sato-1.0.0.dmg below
  2. Double-click to open, drag Sato to your Applications folder
  3. Launch Sato from Applications
  4. EXCLUSIVE ISSUE/REQUIREMENT FOR V1.0.0: You'll be met with a scary "Apple cannot verify this app for malware" message. Simply close it, then navigate to Settings → Security & Privacy → Click "Allow Anyway" in the security dialog. This happens because the app isn't signed by Apple (yet- waiting on approval). It only appears once.
  5. Grant Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions when prompted
  6. Paste your Anthropic API key in the config panel (get one at console.anthropic.com)
  7. Press Ctrl+Option anywhere to try it

Requirements

  • macOS 14.2 or later
  • Anthropic API key (free to create, you only pay Anthropic for what you use)
