ShieldPress Local v2.5.24

  • Adds bundled PHP 8.5 on Windows and Ubuntu, alongside PHP 8.3 and 8.4.
  • Installs ionCube Loader 15.5 with the correct Windows package: VC16 NTS for PHP 8.3, VC17 NTS for PHP 8.4 and 8.5.
  • Installs Linux ionCube loaders for PHP 8.3, 8.4, and 8.5.
  • Stops PHP-CGI crash loops from saturating CPU and RAM while waiting on ports 9083/9084/9085.
  • Prevents project Start from hanging on Windows hosts-file UAC.
  • Includes synchronized Windows, Ubuntu/Debian and AppImage builds.
