fix: bind Rescue to linked worktrees

Summary

• publish non-expiring lifecycle-bound active turns and atomically late-bind Rescue from the conversation origin to an eligible linked worktree
• preserve the existing caller compatibility entry, installed launcher provenance, strict executor routing, authority-first cleanup, and crash recovery for orphan pending lifecycles
• qualify the installed worktree route with independent broker/job/prompt/model observers and refresh the generated marketplace snapshot

Verification

• npm run check — 1714 default tests (1711 pass, 3 opt-in skip), marketplace build 2/2, qualification 56 (53 pass, 3 opt-in skip), 0 failures
• authenticated real ZCode: bigmodel/GLM-5.2, 16/16, including two distinct responses in one bound session
• marketplace snapshot builder 11/11 and isolated marketplace install 1/1
• final Spec and Standards reviews: APPROVED, no remaining Critical/Important/Minor findings
