Fixes

Release v1.11.6

Restores the baked-in leaderboard endpoint and submit key, so submitting
works on a fresh install with no setup again. It had been unreachable
since 1.11.3 while the public landing page continued to advertise it.

Also reports the real installed version instead of a literal stuck at
1.9.0, removes an unreachable duplicate cost-card SVG that had drifted
from the live copy, and stops an unrecognised [display] table in
config.toml from aborting startup.
