Fixes:
- OnAirStatus doesn't remain updated when station identifier is not used/set (ie is blank)
- Keeps window position from last time program was run. Due to an apparent bug in Labview, this has been implemented programmatically. You may notice a window flicker when the program starts as it repositions the window. This is considered normal.
Enhancements:
- Increased optimisation of executable (hopefully to help with window flicker).
