Gutta 0.0.4 adds secure automatic app updates.

Highlights:

  • Adds signed Sparkle updates using the latest stable GitHub release.
  • Adds a manual update check button in the bottom bar.
  • Requires signed update feeds and verifies updates before extraction.
  • Advances the app version to 0.0.4 (build 4).

Installation:
Download the DMG, open it, and drag Gutta to Applications. This preview is ad-hoc signed and is not notarized, so macOS may require Control-clicking Gutta and choosing Open on first launch.

The public artifact uses local SwiftData storage because the current signing team cannot provision CloudKit. Properly provisioned builds automatically enable private iCloud sync.
