Is there any bCNC tutorial with example source files?

At this stage, I want to begin to learn how to operate bCNC with a virtual mini CNC. I want to check how to develop my own bCNC CAM file for my coming first project. Survey first and invest, right?

bCNC has 2.5D cam functionality... So you can also export DXF from FreeCAD and do CAM work in bCNC if you prefer that for some reason. But FreeCAD has 3D CAM, that you can totaly use as well..
