The final-v4 release remains the frozen video/evidence asset anchor. Do not treat post-release docs commits as new video evidence.
This release carries the promoted v4 submission video and validator coverage so stale prior release tags, asset names, and hashes fail future checks.

The MP4 must still be attached to the X submission post; release assets are fallback/audit evidence for judges.
