Added

  • Debate strategy for teams -- multi-round concurrent argumentation with configurable rounds and synthesis. Three personas argue from different angles, refine positions across rounds, and a final synthesis consolidates the outcome. Dashboard visualizes the debate pipeline with round nodes, persona cards, and synthesis step
  • Debate team starter -- debate-team starter pack with optimist/skeptic/pragmatist personas, available from the launchpad and teams tab
  • Starters across all builders -- starter packs now work in agent, team, and compose builders through a unified mode: "starter" seed flow. Team and compose zero states show relevant starter cards. StarterCard routes to the correct builder based on kind
  • Embedding warning banner -- agent builder editor warns when the generated YAML needs embeddings but the effective provider is unusable. Shows selectable provider chips (openai/google/ollama) with inline key configuration or one-click provider switching via POST /api/builder/set-embedding-provider
  • Clustered avatars for teams -- debate rounds show clustered spinning avatar spheres for all concurrent personas instead of a single avatar. Compose runs show a pipeline stepper with spinning service avatars replacing the static avatar row
  • Team detail tabs -- memory and ingest tabs on the team detail page

Changed

  • Pydantic-graph execution -- compose and team runners now use pydantic-graph for orchestration instead of thread-per-service. Fan-out, routing, and delegation run as graph steps with native async agent execution
  • Dashboard session security -- session cookie stores an HMAC-derived token instead of the raw API key. secure flag set automatically when behind HTTPS. Unhandled exception handler returns generic "Internal server error" instead of leaking str(exc)

Fixed

  • Debate avatar flashing between rounds
  • Fan-out terminal join and routing transform in compose graphs
  • Compose stream awaits and team pipeline visual alignment
