• Centralized provider detection -- moved PROVIDER_KEY_ENVS_DICT to providers.py as the canonical dict form. Migrated all 12 consumers from the loader.py re-export chain to direct providers.py imports. ALL_PROVIDERS in setup.py derived from canonical source with a drift-catching assertion
• Consolidated optional dependency handling -- added MissingExtraError, require_extra(), and is_extra_available() to _compat.py. Migrated 12 ad-hoc try/except ImportError blocks across 8 files to use the new helpers with consistent error messages. Deduplicated HTML processing in _html.py

Fixed

• test_run_format_json_no_footer mock leaked into content validation and JSON serialization
• require_provider tests failed when optional extras (boto3, groq) were installed
