• LangChain agent import -- convert LangChain Python agents to InitRunner role.yaml via CLI (initrunner new --langchain <file>) or dashboard ("Import" mode card). AST-based extraction of model config, system prompt, @tool functions, known tool class mapping, structured output, and guardrails, with LLM normalization to produce minimal valid YAML
• Sidecar tool module generation -- custom @tool functions are extracted into a sibling Python module with decorator stripped, non-LangChain imports preserved, and sandbox import validation. Module name derived from YAML filename with hyphens sanitized to underscores
• Import warnings -- unsupported LangChain features (LCEL pipelines, LangGraph, memory, retrievers, callbacks, human-in-the-loop) produce explicit warnings with actionable InitRunner alternatives. Surfaced in CLI output and dashboard editor
• Model selector hint -- dashboard builder shows context-sensitive hint below the "Model" heading explaining what the model selection does
• LangChain import documentation -- migration guide at docs/getting-started/langchain-import.md covering CLI, dashboard, tool mapping, warnings, and scope

Fixed

• Rich markup swallowing [extra] brackets in MissingExtraError messages -- initrunner desktop showed uv pip install initrunner instead of uv pip install initrunner[desktop]. Same fix applied to bot SDK checks in _ephemeral.py
