• PDF resource leak -- pymupdf document wrapped in try/finally so doc.close() runs even when page/metadata access raises
• Delegation response parsing -- response JSON and structure validated before accessing nested keys; specific error messages instead of misleading "Failed to reach agent"
• Spawn timeout hang -- await_any uses deadline + concurrent.futures.wait; returns None immediately for unknown task IDs instead of looping forever
• Trigger send race -- Telegram/Discord send() gated on threading.Event set only when bot is fully operational, closing the race where send() hit a half-initialized loop
