Changed

  • Bumped @sveltejs/vite-plugin-svelte to 7.1.4 in the dashboard frontend (from 7.1.2, via the svelte Dependabot group). A dev-only build dependency; the production build is unaffected.
  • Refreshed the main README. Corrected the trigger-type list to seven (the slack trigger was missing, also mirrored into the Chinese and Japanese READMEs), added a captured initrunner new --run example session, documented the model.fallback / prompt_cache / concurrency resilience settings and initrunner new --offline, and noted that the WebSearch capability needs a model with native web search.
