Changes

• Adds the Farm Command Center-style live clock/date block to TV Mode / Print Farm Monitor.
• Keeps the monitor clock ticking every second.
• Bumps APP_VERSION to 0.2.5.1b10 so release builds match the tag.

Verification before release

• npm run test -- PrintFarmMonitorPage.test.tsx passed.
• npm run build passed.
• npm run lint passed with existing warnings only.
• git diff --check passed.
