Binary rebuild from clean source. v0.1.3 was compiled before the port-in-use preflight removal (0d33940) was included in the working-directory build. This release has the correct binary with all fixes from v0.1.1–v0.1.3: SSH port range, port-in-use check removed, per-command timeouts.
