• Table of Contents generator — builds a linked ToC on a blank note page from your title markers (typed or handwritten, via handwriting recognition), with per-title editing.

Improvements

• Page-size-aware layout: fits portrait and landscape (no cut-off), a single right-margin link column, right-aligned page numbers, classic dot leaders, a heading rule, and a "note · Generated , " subtitle.
• Faster generation (single scan) with a phased "Scanning → Recognizing handwriting" progress dialog.
• "Page is not blank!" dialog guides you to a blank page before building.

Fixes

• Data-loss guard: a page containing ordinary words like "protocol" is no longer misread as a stale ToC and cleared.
