Update download Links to point to packages.broadcom.com

Describe the bug

It looks like Photon OS download links are still pointing to old "packages.vmware.com" and were not migrated to "packages.broadcom.com", which is leading to 404 when users click on downloads.

OLD ->
https://packages.vmware.com/photon/5.0/GA/iso/photon-5.0-dde71ec57.x86_64.iso

NEW ->
https://packages.broadcom.com/photon/5.0/GA/iso/photon-5.0-dde71ec57.x86_64.iso
