Controller enhancements

  • VCSA Controllers
    • Remove sensitive info from log when exception generated at shell command run;
    • Handle dcli command error at get plugin details;
    • Add exclude to desired spec to exclude specific plugins;
    • Add version checks to plugin config control, return skipped when running on the platform with vSphere version lower than "8.0.2"
