NFI Backtest Engine v1.3.0
NFI Backtest Engine v1.3.0
v1.3.0 makes rapidly changing NFI revisions usable without weakening exactness.
Highlights
- Reports every Native-to-official Freqtrade fallback before execution and keeps the
blocked Native evidence immutable. - Compiles supported Signal, tag, Grind, protection, leverage, and trade-state
behavior from strategy source into generic IR rather than adding version-specific
runtime branches. - Checks upstream NFI every four hours with separate Spot and Futures results,
targeted official/Native verification, append-only evidence, and deduplicated
semantic and infrastructure issues. - Runs Futures coverage discovery separately under a bounded, resumable policy. An
exact, size-limited fixture may open a Draft PR, but automation never approves or
merges it. - Keeps raw candles, caches, and traces out of permanent automation branches and
preserves compact discovery evidence under the normal safe-cleanup lifecycle.
Certification boundary
This is a product release, not a new combined Full X7 certification. The published
five-year Spot certificate remains bound to v1.0.0 and the published five-year
Futures certificate remains bound to v1.1.0. v1.3.0 wheels are built once, exercised
with exact Spot and Futures fixtures on Linux, Windows, and macOS, checksum-sealed,
and promoted from RC to stable without rebuilding.
Upgrade
Run the normal installer again. It selects the v1.3.0 wheel for the current supported
platform, verifies the published SHA-256 digest, and replaces the isolated nfi-bte
tool installation.
