FFmpeg Build 7

Minimal FFmpeg + ffprobe builds for VodLabs Recorder.
Each ffmpeg-<platform>.tar.gz contains both ffmpeg and
ffprobe (H.264 hardware encoders where the platform supports
them, libx264 fallback everywhere). Consumed by the recorder's
internal/ffmpeg/download.sh.
