Installation

# clone the repo
$ git clone https://github.com/paulo-e/watson.git --recursive

# change the working directory to api
$ cd api

# install the requirements
$ python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt

P.S. Please use python instead of python3 if you are on Windows system
