Planet Workshop is now part of the stable editor. Open a planet or create a new one, then edit its biomes and contents with a seeded preview. Planet settings covers terrain, rivers, environment and ruins where the game supports them, and Ruin Workshop offers View on planet for planet ruins. Climate rules can be painted on the preview with heat, moisture and last-stroke lenses; Climate balance gives the heat, cave heat and moisture bands authored shares of the map (generator heat_shares, cave_heat_shares and humidity_shares) with a two-axis handle laid out like the Climate grid, fine-tune sliders and legend shares. Those controls appear once the loaded game code declares the fields.

Ship Workshop lists every fleet ship, including fixed layouts without upgrade slots, with an All / Modular / Fixed layout filter. Select a room on a fixed ship and make it an upgrade room to turn the ship modular: the save enables has_upgrade_slots and adds the slot list beside the ship's existing jobs, prices, docking port and areas. Ships whose maps reference types missing from the loaded environment now open like ordinary map tabs; those atoms show as placeholders, are listed in the build panel and review checks, and are kept on save.

File > Save and Ctrl+S save the planet on screen and report failures in a dialog. Generated planet files are named after the planet, and generated .dme includes use backslashes beside related files. Drag biomes in the list to reorder them. The updater follows GitHub's repository-rename redirects.

Full bundled editor tests and native Ship, Planet and Ruin Workshop checks passed. Stable installations update automatically through Help > Updates & Release Channel; Beta installations can switch to Stable there. Or extract the Windows ZIP and run Voidworks.exe. The package includes preview tools, matching rebuildable source, and SHA-256 checksums.
