Ship Workshop's upgrade rooms have a new workflow. One Rooms list replaces the Part to edit combo, the collapsed room-options header and the Upgrade rooms task: pick the hull or a room to edit it, expand a room to switch, rename, price, staff, make default or delete its options, and add new ones. Rooms can be reshaped, shown as hull only, or deleted (the default option's furniture moves back into the hull). Everything is undoable.

Rooms can now be any shape. Making or reshaping a room uses a tile selection: click to toggle a tile, drag to paint, Shift+drag to add a box, Alt+drag to remove one, or import the current Grab rectangle. The shape is saved as a footprint mask on the hull's upgrade slot marker. The game needs the matching footprint variable on /obj/modular_map_root/ship_upgrade; with older game code, rooms stay rectangular.

The canvas outlines every room, highlights the one being edited and offers Edit when the cursor is over another room's tiles; double-click a room with Grab to edit it. Fixed-layout ships confirm before their first room turns them modular, map checks are counted in the Build panel, and room labels match the in-game purchase screen.

Full bundled editor tests and native Ship, Planet and Ruin Workshop checks passed.

Use Help > Updates & Release Channel in a Beta installation, or extract the Windows ZIP and run Voidworks.exe. The package includes preview tools, matching rebuildable source, and SHA-256 checksums.
