Highlights

  • Completed the Claude-host subagent-routing pilot and its full-rigor confirmation. Both finding verification and failure classification now use INLINE_DEFAULT: work inline by default, delegate only when the inline result is uncertain, and keep the inline verdict on disagreement.
  • Added the three-tier contribution process and strengthened the routing contract test against semantically inverted wording.
  • Documented why Codex named/native-role delegation remains unavailable in the measured environment while preserving the reliable inline fallback.
  • Moved conditional Playwright/Cypress debugger artifact procedures into one-hop references while retaining required routing and safety rules in each skill entrypoint.
  • Corrected Playwright trace comparison so timing and product failures defer to the canonical F1-F15 classification instead of being assigned the wrong F-codes.
  • Bumped all four skills and all three plugin manifests to 1.16.2.
