Metadata-only patch on top of v1.1.0: the MCP registry listing description now mentions dedicated numbers (and fits the registry's 100-char cap), and the version-sync gate validates description length and the nested package version before publish. No code changes.

Note: v1.1.1 exists on npm as an intermediate metadata publish; use 1.1.2.
