Adding template for nitro

Description

I tried vp create nitro and surprisingly it prompted to choose express!

Issue is that, command defaults to npm:create-nitro which is abandended and unfrotunately we couldn't contact the author.

Suggested solution

As a fix we can explicitly use create-nitro-app to handle vp create nitro
