vp info command for current versions and status

Hi,

Thanks for this tool and project, it’s a real pleasure to use.

I was wondering about the possibility of adding a `vp info’ command that could display things like current package manager and version, current node version, current vp version, which tools vp is set up to manage, etc. Basically an overview of global and local environment so the user can see at a glance what the state of play is.

Ah, I see info is taken for something else. How about vp status

Perhaps we can add more version information to the vp --version command, such as the currently configured node and package manager versions for the project.

That would be great. I did see today that the version command brings back more info that just Viteplus version so that sounds like a good place for it.
