Bug fixes:

• A line split by write contention is no longer reported as truncated: only a
  split at the exact write-budget boundary marks text as cut, so a consumer
  filtering incomplete text stops dropping whole records
• UnparseableChannelData now reads as an incomplete-line fragment rather than a
  parser failure, which is what a name cut mid-token actually is
