Bug Fixes:

- Fixed idle percentage parsing that misidentified URL-encoded percent
  characters (e.g. %2B in gateway names) as the idle percentage delimiter
  when FreeSWITCH omits the idle percentage field. Lines without idle
  percentage are now correctly parsed by constraining the % search to the
  first 7 bytes after the timestamp and validating the format.
