• Fixed issue with certain 9x16 videos not being tagged as shorts
• In my head I'm justifying 'shorts' as 'short width' because I realize long videos that happen to be vertitcal will still be tagged as shorts. I still think this filter works best as is but will come back to it after more use.
• Scanner will now not pick up hidden files
• Thumbnail generator will now (hopefully) tie itself to the video files in a way that you can delete the database file, but won't have to regenerate new thumbnails. So if there's an update that requires deleting the database, the scanner should still be able to link up existing video files with existing generated thumbnails and the user doesn't have to regenerate them.
