The fix ensures stability by:

1. Refining loadNotes Dependencies: Removing the unstable dependency on the 'loading' state within the loadNotes useCallback hook to prevent state thrashing.
2. Stable Component Lifecycle: Adjusting the main useEffect hook to run loadNotes only once on mount, using a cleanup function to prevent race conditions during component unmounting.
