Völva Web v1.0.0-beta

This is the first beta release of the Völva public dashboard. It visualizes aggregated results from nationwide scanning campaigns and presents them in a clean, accessible web interface.

The website is built with Flask and backed by a PostgreSQL database populated by the Völva scanning engine. This release focuses on high-level summary statistics for national internet exposure.
