Fixes since 1.0.2:
- Fixed a real crash: opening a DM/channel with more than one audio
attachment, or more than one autoplaying GIFV/video embed visible at
once, could abort the whole process on a known GStreamer decodebin3
bug (mq_slot_handle_stream_start assertion). Pipeline creation for
inline audio players and autoplaying embeds is now serialized so two
never start initializing at the same time. - Notifications, message links, search results and old replies now
correctly clear the unread badge when they land on a channel's newest
message; before, the badge could stay lit until the channel was
reopened some other way. - New messages that arrive while you're at the bottom of a channel are
re-asserted to the true bottom once layout settles, as a backstop
against ending up tucked behind the composer. - macOS release builds are now named lildisc-macos- instead of a
bare 'lildisc'.
