Documentation and packaging cleanup. No doctrinal change.

What changed

  • README.md rewritten for a sales audience. Outcome-first hook, three pillars (built for the AI era / proven inside AWS / for team and agents on day one), concrete first-hour artifacts, install in sixty seconds.
  • Repo split: ARCHITECTURE.md carries the file tree, load semantics, authoring philosophy, and voice/register guidance. CONTRIBUTING.md carries versioning, contribution model, license and attribution.
  • Skill download routing updated. README CTAs route through forwarddeployedselling.com/skill/install instead of a bare zip URL, so the website-side gate is the single door for marketing-path users. The GitHub repo and git clone paths remain open by design.
  • Charter-cohort branding removed from the skill package. The design-target → field-benchmark upgrade logic is preserved; cohort recruitment language now lives only on the website where it belongs.

What did not change

  • No doctrinal change. All protocols, examples, references, and [design target] / [SLA] labels are byte-for-byte identical to v0.5.0.
  • SKILL.md frontmatter remains version: 0.5. The skill itself is the same skill.
  • The v0.5.0 install bundle remains valid. v0.5.1 is the same skill with cleaner packaging.
