Small update

Adding the config field "PROTOCOL" with valid values "http" and "https" to decide if the API should run http or https server.

Hotfix : Fix optional config file

In the last release i enabled to option to use config as params instead of having to provide a config file. Sadly a small oversee was in there which is fixed with this Hotfix release
