Patch release — startup reliability.

  • Fixed a startup crash (sqlite3.OperationalError: unable to open database file). The events database now lives under %APPDATA%\Overwatch\ instead of next to the .exe, so Overwatch no longer depends on where you run it from and its database stays out of Downloads (where antivirus or Windows Storage Sense could lock or remove it).
  • Overwatch now retries and logs clearly if the database is briefly locked (e.g. by an antivirus scan) instead of failing to launch.

Download Overwatch.exe below — single file, no install. Your existing settings (Telegram config) carry over automatically.
