Adjusting container build

I renamed the Dockerfile to Containerfile before, but forgot to adjust
the release.yaml file for this change and the result is that releases
fail to build the container. This change should fix that issue.

I didn't realize that the openvox organization had immutable releases enabled and that it would cause issues with the build scripts. I am making a new release to allow the release archives to attach correctly. This is exactly the same as v1.3.2.
