Learn about vigilant mode. 
Repoint schema and domain_parts at github.com/altshiftab/utils_go v1.23.1,
bump gopacket to v1.7.1 and the go directive to 1.26.0.

Drop the unused packet parameter from EnrichFromLayer: it was nil-checked and
then never read, so passing nil silently skipped enrichment.

Factor the duplicated IPv4 and IPv6 enrichment into a shared helper, and give
the DNS answer type switch an explicit default.
