A minor version: viewer undo/redo and fixes, no public API removed. Code importing private helpers from map_data.viewer.routes must import them from the new submodules.

• Viewer undo/redo for map edits: Ctrl/Cmd+Z or the top-bar ↶ button undoes the newest entry in the Changes panel, Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Z, Ctrl/Cmd+Y or ↷ re-applies it. Annotation shapes and hide/show are not covered

• Viewer restyled: one slate palette for the top bar, sidebar, inputs and modals, the Geist typeface, visible keyboard focus, and plain-text planner buttons instead of emoji
• map_data/viewer/routes.py is now the map_data/viewer/routes/ package (common, files, annotations, ways, planning, sharing) on the same single viewer blueprint
• RRT* samples the whole box instead of a traversable cell with its own UNIFORM_SAMPLE_RATE rather than reusing GOAL_SAMPLE_BIAS (same 0.1 value)
• ruff enables the RUF, C4 and PT rule families; mypy adds check_untyped_defs, warn_unused_ignores and warn_redundant_casts

Fixed

• Every viewer endpoint taking a file resolves it through one validator: a path outside the data directory or a non-.mapdata name is a 400 and a missing file a 404, where mutating endpoints used to accept it and create a stray .annotations.json
• A second create_app call no longer re-initialises ROS or starts a second telemetry thread
• Viewer mode shortcuts no longer fire with Ctrl/Cmd/Alt held (Ctrl+F switched to Fetch mode)
• A deleted way no longer comes back when switching to the planner or searching, and a restored or re-shown way is drawn once: the old layer used to reappear on top, still highlighted
