Lil Slimer v0.5.5 🧪

Meet Lil Slimer, a tiny, reactive desktop companion for KDE Plasma 6.

He lives on your desktop, watches what your system is doing, and reacts with his own animated moods. No accounts, notifications, grinding, or unnecessary dependencies. Just slime.

Features

  • 10 animated moods, including sleeping, charging, productive, hell, and judging
  • Reacts to system activity, battery levels, charging status, and other desktop signals
  • Automatic power-supply discovery for broader Linux hardware compatibility
  • Lightweight Python backend with a systemd user service
  • KDE Plasma 6 widget written in QML
  • Installer and uninstaller scripts
  • Original pixel-art sprites and animations
  • MIT licensed and open source

Installation

Requires KDE Plasma 6 on Linux. See the README for requirements and installation instructions.

git clone https://github.com/vrgb-dev/lilslimer.git
cd lilslimer
./install.sh
