SnowRunner Vanilla++

This is a bug fix release that fixes an issue where scouts only had highway tires (unless you owned the JAT DLC).

It does not make any other changes.

Extract initial.pak into your Steam Library under steamapps\common\SnowRunner\preload\paks\client. Overwrite the existing file when prompted.
