• Webhook tables migration — generated projects with enable_webhooks shipped the Webhook / WebhookDelivery models but no Alembic migration, so alembic upgrade head never created the webhooks and webhook_deliveries tables — they were absent at runtime and SQL admin failed to load them. Adds 0024_create_webhook_tables following the repo's conditional-migration pattern: when enable_webhooks is on it creates both tables with their indexes (the user_id column and index gated on use_jwt to mirror the model), and when off it renders a no-op revision with the same revision/down_revision so the chain keeps a single head with no gap (#113)
