Documentation of the causal-extractor

The causal-extractor is a Java-based application that enables the extraction of causal statements from the Reactome pathway database.

Causal-extractor uses the Reactome graph-core library to extract specific data from Reactome based on defined patterns. The obtained data is further processes to infer causal interactions.
