Steps to reproduce
While using VS Code, the notification icon often shakes and shows an unread dot, which makes me think there is something about my code I need to address (eslint, prettier, etc...). But it is always the Insider's Edition notification that is the only unread item.
I believe in an earlier closed issue it was clarified that this should not be happening.
What is expected?
There can be a notification but it shouldn't trigger an unread dot on the icon, or shake the "{}" icon.
What is actually happening?
About once every session, the notification icon "{}" shakes and has an unread dot on it. The only unread notification is the Get Insider's Edition one.
