New create_site tool creates a brand-new storefront site for the current account (seeded with sample products, categories, and a blog), optionally switches to it immediately, and returns a preview URL; quota errors on free accounts (4-site limit) are surfaced with a clear message.
Changed
Sections built by new_section now use the builder's centred 3-column grid (flexible margin · up to 1300px content column · flexible margin), matching the builderx_spa layout model; children are placed in the centre column (columnStart:2, columnEnd:3) instead of the former single-column layout.
get_build_guide now documents the correct breakpoint key names (bp1..bp4, replacing former aliases tablet and laptop), the centred 3-column section grid, concrete data-binding target names (product::product_price, cart_item::cart_item_price, order_item::product_name, etc.), theme colour variable syntax (var(--color_NN)), and the automatic runtime-to-breakpoint expansion that build_page and add_section perform on save.
Fixed
build_page and add_section now expand each node's runtime.{style, config} into the four per-breakpoint keys (bp1, bp2, bp3, bp4) the storefront renderer reads before saving the page; previously, nodes saved with only a runtime key appeared completely unstyled because the renderer does not fall back to runtime.
