✨ 新特性：

• 添加svg-classic-sprite-loader和css-sprite-loader. 原来的svg-sprite-loader兼容性不好，比如Safari等。

• build模式中默认开启uglifyJS选项。以前由于uglifyJSPlugin不稳定，所以一直没开。
• 变更了baseCSSPath和globalCSSPath的默认值。默认根据libraryPath判断路径。

💩 废弃：

• 废弃配置中的EXTENDS选项，配置默认使用扩展方式。目前仍然兼容，但请尽快移除。
