Bugfix release

major bugfix release (+ some new features). this is a feature-freeze release before 1.0.0.

Multiple bugfixes: raceconds, priority issues in some specific configurations, seamless PWM duty cycle change
Some updates to sequence generator (accepts byte strings). User-defined shell command has been added (hidden command "misc"). Some updates to documentation, (in particular: command "time" docs). Generic memory allocator has been added to improve processing speed. Filesystem module is completely done with all commands supported. NVS module can create and set variables simultaneously
