Pannonico LSP v0.3.3

Pannonico LSP 0.3.3 adds conservative call-site context inference for
standalone partials. Completion, hover, unique-source definitions, and
definite saved-file diagnostics now work when selected pages or layouts call a
partial while explicitly forwarding the unchanged root context. The inference
also covers transitive calls and compatible calls from multiple pages.

Partials remain suppressed when a reachable call replaces or cannot prove the
root context, when call shapes are mixed, or when no rendered page reaches the
partial. This release does not change the LSP protocol or IDE contract.

The version intentionally advances from 0.2.0 to 0.3.3 to align the public
number selected for the CLI, LSP, and VS Code tracks. Each track remains
independently published.

This release provides the edition-neutral language server as an immutable WASI
module with its closed verification manifest.
